Well Master Corporation was founded in Denver, Colorado and has been providing artificial lift solutions since 1984. Well Master was formed with a mission to engineer and manufacture the most durable and innovative artificial lift systems available. While we’ve grown and evolved significantly over the past four decades, our unrelenting commitment to innovation and high quality products remains. We work with our customers to design and manufacture premium products for the oil and gas industry. Focusing on optimizing oil and gas production, Well Master uses an applications engineering approach to minimize total cost of ownership and maximize return on investment. Our ongoing research and development brings new patented technologies and applications to improve well performance.

Michael Marino
Chairman & CEO
Mike Marino joined Well Master as Vice President in 2012 after serving as Chief Operating Officer for a Global Equipment Manufacturer based in Golden, CO. In July of 2013 Mike was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Well Master Corporation. Mike is known for leadership in optimizing operations resulting in maximized performance and profitability. He is also respected for his capability to guide technical aspects of business while leading people, products and processes with an entrepreneurial spirit. Mike has a unique combination of specialized advanced technical knowledge and business experience able to deliver dramatic growth supported by unrivaled career progression with history of success at all levels. Mike is experienced in a variety of environments from global, multi-national organizations to small and mid-sized businesses owned by private equity firms. He has a reputation of responding to operational and financial challenges with resourcefulness, determination and focus. Mike earned his Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is a loyal alumnus and serves on several advisory boards within the University.
David Green is a Professional Engineer, having graduated with honors in 1979 with a BaSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada. David began working in the natural resource industries as an undergrad in production and environmental specialties. He has over 35 years’ experience, with responsibilities ranging from R&D through Sales, Marketing and Business Unit management. During this time, David developed new technologies which increased processing scale and simultaneously reduced capital and operating expense. Since joining Well Master as an owner in 2004, David has been instrumental in the company’s shift back to the roots of its knowledge and innovation base in plunger hardware and associated technology, and is a named inventor on several of Well Master’s Patents. David’s philosophy has long been to work closely with our employees, customers and the supply chain to encourage and inspire the creation of products and services that add value for the end user. Outside of work David enjoys time with his family and pursuing his interests of cycling, skiing, travel and investing.

Rob Bender
Founder
Rob Bender founded Well Master Corporation, a company that provides unique plunger lift technology designed to optimize oil and gas well profitability. Four decades ago, Rob identified a need for more innovative and durable artificial lift technology. Today, the company continues to thrive and evolve, remaining a trusted source of tools and expertise for major oil and gas companies. Customers rely on the competitive advantage offered by Well Master plunger lift systems and expertise. Rob is passionate about industry innovation and holds numerous industry patents for advanced technology, many of which have been incorporated into Well Master’s products. In his free time, Rob enjoys aviation, skiing, travel and time with family. He is an active member of his church and the Evergreen, CO. community. He shares his passion for flying with youth in EAA and as a member of the Jeffco Civil Air Patrol.
