1984
Rob Bender designs Well Master’s first products: Wobble Washer Plunger, Downhole Spring, and Lubricator.
1984
In March, Rob Bender founds Well Master Corporation in Lakewood, Colorado. Well Master’s logo is designed by an employee at Shultz Manufacturing.

1985
After a sale to customers in Melbourne, Australia, Well Master officially expands international.

1994
By Well Master’s 10 year anniversary, Rob Bender’s team expands to include an additional two salesmen and a few office employees.
1988
After moving to a new building, a pipe freezes from the Colorado winter, damaging inventory, files, and computers.
2002
After the turn of the century, Rob Bender meets Dave Green at The Alternative Board for Business Ideas.

2006
The Original Viper, our all-purpose, high performance plunger, is designed. The patents are filed later that year and approved shortly after.
2014
In January, Well Master sponsors a team to compete in the first annual Senior Engineering Design Capstone competes at Penn State University.


2012
After multiple building changes, Well Master officially moves from Lakewood to Golden, Colorado.

2015
Michael Marino is named President of Well Master, a year before he is named CEO.

2017
Rob Bender retires 33 years after he founded Well Master. He ensures to remains active within the company.

2018
In January, Well Master acquires T-RAM Canada after years of partnership, creating Well Master Canada.
2018
Well Master's very own office building is designed and ground is broken for construction in Golden, Colorado.


2019
Well Master’s new building is completed. Well Master's 35th anniversary is celebrated in the new building.
Today
Well Master continues to engineer and manufacture the most durable and innovative, high quality artificial lift systems available. We work with our customers to design and manufacture premium products focusing on optimizing production, minimizing total cost of ownership, and maximizing return on investment.
