Vipers & Xcel Jetted Pad

About

Challenges

  • Plunger performance lacked optimization in deviated or horizontal wells, even at inclinations as low as 10-20°

  • X - Nipple or tubing set above the curve, intended to avoid the deviation, caused more backpressure to be exerted on the formation, hurting well performance

  • Plunger's wore unevenly, compromising the seal and slowing the rise time

Results

  • Plunger maintained center position in tubing, increaseing displacement efficiency, and cutting rise time by several minutes

  • Jetted technology lifted the plunger off the downhill side of the tubing, allowing the plunger to rotate, creating a dynamic turbulent seal

  • Seal was maintained, capturing the lifting energy to optimize gas and liquid production, distributing plunger wear more evenly, and extending the plunger's life

Have a similar problem?

Well Master's jetted technology creates a highly effective seal that optimizes production while evenly distributing wear to extend the plunger's life.
