Screamin' Eagle

About

Challenges

  • Run a plunger successfully in a deep, deviated well

  • Plunger need to reach the well’s decline curve production forecast, without failing to run

  • Production was inconsistently running about 240 µcf/day and 120 BBL/day

Results

  • Gas production increased 180 µcf/day, which brought the well to 420 µcf/day total

  • Liquid production increased by 10 BBL/day, totaling to 130 BBL/day

  • This 75% increase in gas production led to more projects with the Screamin' Eagle plunger
